By visiting the Site, using the Services, or by using the App, and by clicking the button to indicate your agreement when first registering or logging into the App and/or by accessing the “Subscription Centre”, you are accepting and consenting to us collecting your personal data and using it in accordance with this Policy.

Such clients warrant in our agreements with them that they have complied with and shall continue to comply with applicable data protection laws in relation to the data they control and pass to us and that they have the necessary consents to use the data in relation to the Services we provide to them.

Teemyco’s Services are not directed at persons under the age of 18 and Teemyco does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal data without their consent, he or she should contact Teemyco at support@teemyco.com. If Teemyco becomes aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, Teemyco will take steps to delete such data.

Teemyco use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

Teemyco may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on the Teemyco website, and, where appropriate, the changes will be notified to you by email to the address associated with your account.
